MIGROS introduces a new M-Premium Limited Pasta Edition with pasta recipes by Reto Mathis
„‘Pasta with a good taste’ is the motto of the booklet with three delicious pasta recipes by Reto Mathis, attached to each bag of the new M-Premium Limited Edition pasta, that will be available from mid-December in all bigger MIGROS branch shops.
Reto Mathis says about this: ‘At MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS on Corviglia, the local mountain of St. Moritz, I enjoy spoiling my guests with cleverly combined Engadine specialities. The pasta dishes with varied sauces underline my love for Italy. They are quickly prepared and simply make you feel happy – my principle aim as a chef! In order to allow you to savour this fine cuisine in the privacy of your own home, I have created different pasta dishes exclusively for the MIGROS Premium line. Alone, à deux, or with guests, they are simply and rapidly prepared in a saucepan. I wish you great pleasure in preparing and savouring these special dishes that combine local taste with the delight of creativity!’
With Reto Mathis’ recipe creations and the new Premium Limited Pasta Edition, MIGROS clients will be able to conjure up high quality gourmet menus in next to no time.
‘With Reto Mathis we found a renowned ambassador for our premium-quality pasta’ explains Heike Zimmermann from JOWA AG. The company, which is mainly known as the MIGROS bakery, has produced pasta since 1963 for MIGROS and has also developed these new types. The Limited Edition line will start off with ‘Premium Tagliatelle Curry’. It will be replaced in about two months by ‘Premium Pappardelle Basil’. Other flavours will include lime, leek, and pepper, always accompanied by delicious recipe propositions by Reto Mathis.
