Reto Mathis ensures culinary world class at the 2013 St. Moritz Polo World Cup on Snow
For the fourth time, Reto Mathis will be responsible for the entire culinary concept at the St. Moritz Polo World Cup on Snow, from 24th to 27th January 2013. Together with Swiss master chef friends, Franz W. Faeh, chef de cuisine at Le Vieux Manoir in Murten, and Jacky Donatz, chef de cuisine at the Sonnenberg (FIFA restaurant) in Zurich, he will attend each day to the gastronomic well-being of some 3,000 guests and polo fans.
