For people who appreciate true taste
The world is full of pleasures; one just needs to know where to find them. With this in mind I have travelled around and created a small and exquisite family of delicatessen products. They are for epicures who know that not all ketchups are alike, and for gourmets who attach importance to where an olive oil comes from.
My delicatessen family has selected specialities: from truffle oil, tapenades and tomato ketchup, to BBQ-marinade, sauces and spices. They all have their own pristine taste, based on their exceptional quality and origin, for which I act as a guarantor with my name.
Just in time for the cold season, a new trio of spices with strong aromas and fiery pungency have joined my product range:
Kalahari Desert Salt - the most natural flavour from the desert: Thanks to its subtly sharp flavour and its white crystalline appearance, the 280-milllion-year-old unrefined natural salt from an underground lake in the South African Kalahari Desert is a genuine culinary gem.
Aromatic Chili Mix - a surprising bouquet of fiery flavours:
My chili mix lends pasta dishes and casseroles, pizzas, grilled food and curries the necessary fire. While pepper and chili cater for spiciness, ginger and other ingredients provide additional flavour.
Indian Black Pepper - the best that the land of pepper has to offer:
The dark peppercorns from Western India’s Malabar region are harvested by hand, are very aromatic and not too spicy. In short: for me, Malabar pepper is the best pepper there is.
