In cooperation with Caviar House & Prunier, a new culinary meeting place has been created at MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS just in time for the 2014 winter season. At the Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar you can indulge in Mathis’ signature dishes and an exclusive Prunier caviar line “selected by Reto Mathis”. A range of other extraordinary caviar, salmon and oyster specialities can also be enjoyed here, as well as fine champagne and tempting drinks. Choice products for gourmets from the “Reto Mathis’ Delicatessen” range are now also available in selected Caviar House & Prunier stores at exclusive locations including Zurich Airport.
