Passionate hobby cooks, both ladies and gentlemen, will appreciate this. At the wildly romantic castle of the Swiss national park you will receive tips and advice from Reto Mathis during the preparation of exclusive ‘high quality game specialities’. The top chef will organise these cookery events in the national park in association with V-Zug, the manufacturer of high-quality kitchen devices, such as the ‘Combi-Steamer SL’.

Barbecue courses on Corviglia using the Brennwagen grill
Everybody likes to grill but only a few people really know how to do it. A demonstration will be given using the latest grill models from Brennwagen, in front of a dreamlike backdrop on Corviglia / St. Moritz, at an altitude of 2,486m.!
