Together with the entire MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS team, I warmly welcome you to the summit of enjoyment! We are here at an altitude of 2,486m, at the top terminal on Corviglia, the local mountain and popular hiking and winter sports region of St. Moritz. There are six different gastronomic establishments under the roof of MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS: The free flow self-service restaurant ‘Bütschella’ with its market conception, the cheerful family restaurant ‘Brasserie’ with regional specialities from the ‘cucina della valle’, the lounge restaurant ‘De Fät Moonk’ with its very personal contemporary alpine cuisine, the ‘Terrazza’, a sheltered terrace restaurant with waiter service, offering Mathis’ classics, and new for this winter season the ‘quattro BAR’, offering snacks, drinks and music until sunset, as well as ‘La Marmite’, Europe’s highest gourmet restaurant, famous for the legendary truffle and caviar specialities. At all these restaurants we have been spoiling skiers, hikers, families and gourmet fans with various culinary offerings in entirely different ambiances for almost 21 years. Furthermore, anybody who would like to organise exceptional private occasions and banquets in a unique setting has come to the right place at MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS.
