The lounge restaurant ‚De Fät Moonk’ - Contemporary Alpine Cuisine
Here, tasting-portions of everything from the gourmet menu are served. Guests can assemble their personal menu from among 20 different small alpine dishes and savour whatever pleases them. The interior decoration combines traditional, natural Engadine materials with modern design. Walls lined with real logs, a crackling chimney fire and integrated flat screens with a live feed showing what is happening on the outside on Corviglia offer the right frame for my contemporary alpine cuisine. After the meal, for a stylish chill-out, cigars may be enjoyed here!
By the way, the name ‘De Fät Moonk’ is a mixture of English and Swiss-German and is, so to speak, part of the programme: The peaceful epicure existence of the great number of marmots on Corviglia is symbolic of the ‘dolce vita’ stay at the lounge restaurant ‘De Fät Moonk’!
The restaurant is also ideal for corporate events, seminars, and training programs thanks to the ingeniously and elegantly integrated flat screens with excellent presentation and sound facilities.
